Terms for Carrier Zen website usage, bookings, SMS programs, customer workspace access, and data responsibilities.
Website and Product Terms
These terms apply to the Carrier Zen website, booking flows, assessment requests, optional SMS programs, and customer workspace access unless a separate signed agreement controls.
Account Authority
By creating or accessing a Carrier Zen workspace, the customer confirms that it is authorized to create or manage the company workspace and provide company, team member, candidate, scheduling, attendance, chat, document, vehicle, financial, and payroll-supporting information to Carrier Zen for use in providing the service.
Customer Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for lawful collection and use of workspace data, giving required workplace and candidate notices, inviting only authorized users, assigning appropriate permissions, and reviewing exports, downloads, reports, or onward sharing performed by their authorized users.
Workspace Access and Monitoring
Customer administrators control workspace access. Business communications and operational activity inside the workspace may be monitored, recorded, retained, and made visible to authorized customer administrators and limited authorized Carrier Zen personnel for legitimate service purposes.
AI Processing
Customer workspace data may be processed by AI-assisted features when enabled. Carrier Zen does not use customer workspace data for Carrier Zen or third-party AI model training unless the customer expressly opts in through a separate agreement or feature-specific consent.
SMS Programs
Carrier Zen may offer optional text message programs for booking, account updates, customer care, event reminders, and marketing updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No Legal, Tax, Payroll, or Employment Advice
Carrier Zen may support compliance, documentation, payroll recordkeeping, and operational review workflows, but website and product information is not legal, tax, payroll, accounting, or employment advice.
